Minimum Submission Requirements

• Signed contract between contractor and policy holder

• Current Insurance estimate (Preferably PDF format)

• Photos of property or Link to photos like company cam (Better the photos the more supplements are possible)

• Brief description of what scope to supplement. (Roof only, All exterior, Entire Estimate, Etc.)

• Any known codes or property specific info (Example: Property has Synthetic felt and and IWS is Code)

Pro Tips: 

• Always Take overviews of the entire structures from multiple angles

• Anything that is hidden like Synthetic felt, IWS, Starter on Rake, etc. Make sure to get a photo of.

• Provide salesman's phone/email, so if we have a question we can quickly reach out.
